These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Zahin AI (“Zahin”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Zahin provides AI-assisted tools for business marketing, including business-profile learning, content planning, content generation, creative generation, review workflows, scheduling, supported social publishing, and related analytics or operational features.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update material changes.
3. Business and social-account authority
You may connect only businesses, Pages, professional social accounts and other assets that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to publish content through those accounts.
4. AI-generated content
Zahin can generate text, images, recommendations and other content using AI. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before approving or publishing it, including claims, regulated content, intellectual-property issues, factual statements, translations, and industry-specific requirements.
5. Publishing
Zahin may publish or schedule content only through supported connected services and the permissions you have granted. Social platforms may reject, delay, modify or remove content according to their own policies and systems. Zahin cannot guarantee uninterrupted publishing or platform availability.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Zahin to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- publish deceptive, fraudulent, malicious or unlawful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- interfere with or abuse the service;
- use connected-platform data in violation of the relevant platform terms.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content and business information you provide, subject to the rights required for Zahin to process that information and provide the service.
8. Third-party services
Zahin integrates with third-party services such as social networks, cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of Zahin. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that third-party integrations will remain unchanged.
10. Fees
If paid plans are introduced, applicable pricing, billing terms and cancellation rules will be presented before you purchase a paid service.
11. Disclaimer
Zahin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content and marketing recommendations are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zahin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss caused by third-party platform actions, service outages, or content you approve or publish.
13. Termination
You may stop using Zahin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address material violations of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
