This Privacy Policy explains how Zahin AI (“Zahin”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our website and services.

Zahin AI is designed to help businesses create, review, schedule and analyze social media content. You remain in control of which business information and social accounts you connect.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication information, and account identifiers needed to provide and secure your account.

Business information

We may collect information you provide about your business, including business name, description, offering, audience, goals, tone, website or app URLs, content preferences and other information you choose to provide.

Connected social-platform information

If you choose to connect a supported social platform such as Facebook or Instagram, we may receive account identifiers, Page or professional-account information, granted permissions, publishing status, and content or engagement information necessary to provide the features you authorize.

Generated and operational data

We may store content generated through Zahin, approval decisions, scheduling information, publishing records, asset references, workflow status, and service logs required to operate, secure and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

create and maintain your Zahin account;
understand your business context and preferences;
generate content ideas, copy and creative assets;
allow you to review, approve, reject or regenerate content;
schedule or publish content you have authorized;
display publishing status and supported performance information;
protect the service against abuse, fraud and unauthorized access;
debug, maintain and improve Zahin.

3. Facebook and Instagram Platform Data

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, Zahin uses Meta Platform Data only to provide the features that you authorize. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include discovering Pages you manage, identifying linked Instagram professional accounts, publishing approved content, and accessing supported engagement information.

Zahin does not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes. Access is limited to the permissions and functionality required by the connected features you choose to use.

4. AI processing

Zahin uses artificial intelligence services to help analyze business context and generate marketing content. Information provided to AI services is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature. We design our workflows to avoid exposing account credentials or social access tokens to content-generation models.

5. How we store and protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. Sensitive credentials and social authorization tokens are intended to be handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser.

6. Service providers

We may use third-party infrastructure, authentication, database, cloud-storage, AI, analytics and automation providers to operate Zahin. These providers process information on our behalf according to their applicable terms and our service configuration.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information. You can also disconnect supported social accounts and revoke permissions from the relevant social platform.

You may request deletion of your Zahin account or connected-platform data by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

10. Children

Zahin is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
