Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Zahin AI account and associated personal data, including supported connected-platform data, at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@zahinai.com from the email address associated with your Zahin account with the subject line:

Please include:

• the email address associated with your Zahin account;
• the business name(s) you want deleted, if applicable;
• whether you want the entire Zahin account deleted or only connected social-platform data.

Connected Facebook and Instagram data

You may also revoke Zahin’s permissions directly from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Revoking permissions prevents future access through that authorization. You may still request deletion of previously stored Zahin-side connection data using the process above.

Verification and completion

We may ask you to verify that you control the account before deleting data. Once verified, we will process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
